Private Pilates class with all equipment, using the classic Pilates system. It's the best choice for those who prefer personal attention to reach their goals quickly, or if you have injuries that require special care.
Our Pilates facilities in central Nice are world-class. You'll find the full range of Gratz classical Pilates equipment. All this equipment enables us to tailor a class to your level and needs, whatever your age, level or physical ability.
Classes are led by our master teacher Jenny Backlund-Jenkins. Jenny is a bilingual (French/English) teacher of great stature, with over ten years of intensive teaching behind her. She is a graduate of two major international courses:
- A classic with master Romana, MeJo Wiggin.
- A second complete training, supervised by the contemporary Balanced Body.
Jenny is also the Training Director of Future Form Pilates Education, our teacher training organization.
