Rules of Procedure

Future Form reserves the right to terminate or not renew a membership and to refuse access to a course to a Subscriber/Customer in the event that he/she fails to comply with any of the provisions of these rules.

COURSE

The Subscriber must arrive in the classroom at least 5 minutes before the start of the course.

If you are late, you will not be admitted to the course. In the event of lateness, the start of the course will not be postponed and the missed parts of the course will not be repeated.

  • Start of the course

  • End of the course

Once the course is over, the Subscriber must clean his place and his equipment after use using the cleaning products provided for this purpose. The Subscriber must put the equipment away after use unless the teacher gives specific instructions.

If the Subscriber has to leave the course before the end, he/she must inform the teacher at the beginning of the course. This situation must remain exceptional.

  • Choice of courses

Some of the courses offered by the Centre are divided by level.

The Teacher has the right to refuse a Subscriber access to his or her course if he or she considers that the Subscriber does not have the sufficient level to perform it correctly and in particular without risk of injury.

DRESS CODE

For all the courses given in the Centre, the Subscriber must wear light, comfortable and/or sporty clothes and exclude all other uses. The Subscriber must also bring a towel and a bottle of water.

For Aerial Ballet Form or other suspension classes, zips, jewellery or other items that could catch on or damage the hammock fabric are not allowed. 

CLOTHES

The use of the individual lockers made available to the Subscriber is limited to the duration of the session. 

It is strictly forbidden to leave personal belongings in the lockers after leaving the Centre as the lockers will be opened. 

Each individual locker is locked with a key. The Subscriber must keep the key with them during the course. 

The Subscriber/Customer must ensure that the premises are left in the same state of cleanliness in which they found the changing rooms. 

It should not leave any mess such as rubbish on the floor etc.

BEHAVIOUR

The Subscriber/Customer shall not use the equipment and facilities provided without complying with the internal regulations, instructions, health and safety guidelines of the teachers and the Management.

Laptops are not allowed in class. 

The Subscriber/Customer shall refrain from any aggressive, indecent or immoral behaviour.

The Subscriber/Client must respect the quietness necessary for the proper conduct of the course and thus avoid any noisy discussions in the vicinity of the course room.

GENERAL HYGIENE AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

In the event of an accident that he/she witnesses, each Subscriber/Customer undertakes to immediately alert the emergency services.

Smoking is not permitted in the Centre. 

Glass bottles are not allowed 

Unless expressly authorised by the Management, children are not allowed on the Centre's premises for safety reasons but also to respect the calm in which the courses must be given.

The Subscriber/Customer shall comply with the COVID hygiene regulations set up by Future Form, according to the rules in force
